EXPERIENCE EARNED IN PRIVATE PRACTICE

Built in a practice.
Brought to yours.

Dr. Dalili founded Indian River Primary Care in March 1998. More than 28 years later, that work provides a grounded perspective on the decisions physician owners face.

His experience building IRPC in Vero Beach and continually refining care management, billing, operations, and clinical workflows informs our consulting approach. Together with Dr. Tisdale’s clinical, population-health, and remote-monitoring perspective, we connect business improvement to the realities of patient care.

Our purpose is to help independent physicians build more resilient practices, address financial and operational strain, and preserve meaningful choices about their future.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

A clear path from
conversation to implementation.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review agreed operational and financial information to identify priorities.

  3. 03

    Implement

Build a focused action plan and support the team as new processes take shape.

  4. 04

    Measure & refine

Review relevant performance indicators and adjust as your practice evolves.

BEFORE WE CONNECT

A few practical
questions.

Can you help a practice that is struggling financially?

Yes. We can discuss a practice assessment focused on revenue leakage, collections, denials, staffing, and operational bottlenecks. The goal is to help you understand your options and prioritize improvements. Scope and expected measures are agreed individually; financial results are not guaranteed.

Do you work with physicians outside Florida?

We welcome consulting inquiries from physician-owned practices across the United States. The engagement format, location needs, and scope are discussed during the initial conversation.

Do I need to purchase RPM devices to use consulting?

No. Practice consulting can be discussed independently of an RPM device purchase. We start with the needs of your practice.

What does a consulting engagement include?

We define the services, responsibilities, fees, and timeline together before work begins. An initial inquiry does not create a consulting agreement or obligation to purchase services.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE

Your next chapter
starts with a conversation.

Tell us where your practice is today and where you need support. Our team will follow up to discuss the next step.

Business inquiries only. Please do not include patient information, medical records, financial account numbers, or confidential practice documents. If an assessment requires records, we will arrange the appropriate process separately.

Checking online inquiry availability…

No patient information. No obligation to engage. Scope and fees are confirmed before consulting work begins.

PATIENT DIAGNOSTICS

Website privacy notice

Patient Diagnostics operates this website for product and business inquiries. It is not a patient portal. Please do not provide medical records, symptoms, test results, insurance details, or other sensitive health information.

Information you provide

The product inquiry form sends your name, email address, audience category, optional organization and purchase preference, device interest, approximate quantity, and contact consent to our team. The consulting form sends your name, work email, practice or business name, practice stage, service interest, contact consent, and optional phone number and practice state. We use this information to respond to your request and manage related business correspondence. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Website and email services

GoDaddy hosts this website and delivers form messages to our Google Workspace company inbox. These providers process information to operate their services, including operational logs. The website does not use advertising trackers, analytics, or marketing cookies, and does not save inquiry contents in your browser.

To limit spam, the inquiry service temporarily keeps a salted, one-way representation of the submitted email address and request counts in server memory. Inquiry messages are not stored in a website database. Email correspondence remains in the company inbox as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices and contact

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask us to stop following up. We will handle requests subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Website terms

This website provides general product and business consulting information. Product images show illustrative Patient Diagnostics branding. Final device configuration is confirmed with your order. Product availability, specifications, connectivity, prices, and ordering requirements must be confirmed before a purchase.

Submitting an inquiry is not an order, a prescription, enrollment in a monitoring program, or the creation of a patient–physician relationship. Website information is not medical advice. Your treating clinician can advise on device suitability and use.

This website does not promise particular clinical outcomes, insurance coverage, reimbursement, or compatibility with a particular system. Clinical monitoring and emergency response are not provided through this inquiry form.

Consulting services, responsibilities, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a separate engagement agreement before work begins.
